The Role
We’re looking for a full-time Front End Engineer to join our Engineering crew and contribute to the practice. Build, plan and code great products and oversee the delivery of solutions with our clients who include ASX listed enterprises, start-ups, not-for-profits, and sometimes for our ventures, you could be based in our studio or onsite with our clients.
Assist in empowering the team to define, refine and incrementally move toward the technical vision whilst delivering great customer experiences.
Test and debug the deliverables, maintain documentation
Participate in the collaboration of technical and non-technical leaders to deliver and evolve the vision.
Engineer delightful front-end experiences to provide accessible and smart results to our clients.
Analyse user needs, product requirements, and documentation to build platform capabilities.
Identify and advise technology limitations and propose and educate your client regarding current processes, procedures, and methods.
Write and maintain your client's code to meet system requirements, system designs, and technical specifications per quality accredited standards.
Assist the overall technical program, contribute to the end-user documentation and operational procedures.
General Competencies
Degree qualification in IT, software engineering, or a related field is required
You are able to work into the broader technology and product/business groups to influence standards and enterprise solutions to ensure that Engineering teams are leveraging best practice patterns and processes,
Real-world, demonstrable experience building and delivering brilliant Android mobile applications
Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver
Ability to communicate, present, and influence where needed.
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements, providing consultation and technical guidance
Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver your solutions
Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them
