The Business Analysts will
o Facilitate workshops to understand the business processes and gather requirements for initiatives and projects.
o Analyse the problem statements, processes, systems and data, to build use cases and requirement documents to guide solution design, discover new solution opportunities, identify business impacts, and mitigate project risks and issues
o Capture knowledge, requirements, and designs in documents, presentations, and backlog items to direct project deliverables, communicate ideas and concepts, and inform team decision-making
o Consult and develop an agreed standardised documentation templates to required record knowledge, requirements, and process flows in a consistent and accessible manner
o Engage in all meetings, assisting with planning, product backlog refinement and ordering, requirements comprehension, and delivery improvements
o Support user acceptance testing, production verification testing and release management, to assure quality outcomes and maximise delivery efficiency
o Contribute to all parts of the project lifecycle and play an important role in supporting the business teams to transition to new ways of working.
o Develop business process models and identify opportunities for process and system improvements
o Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline the resulting business impacts
Essential Criteria
Demonstrated skills and experience in business analysis (5 years or more).
Significant experience and understanding of business process modelling and mapping.
Strong experience engaging stakeholders and eliciting key information.
Experience performing requirements analysis to extract, develop, validate and document business requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to express ideas logically across all audience levels.
A high-level of motivation and demonstrable ability to solve complex problems and deliver high quality solutions under tight timelines.
