Senior Account Executive
Salary: $70,000 package

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Execute the activation of campaigns as per the internal implementation plan in order to meet planned objectives
Ensure campaigns are tracked and optimised and media post analysis is completed weekly
Delivering a timely and insightful final buy - highlighting buying deliveries, added value and any issues which may impact campaign delivery
Lead delivery of daily holdings checking, material management, POPs etc.
Assist Investment Manager / Account Manager / Digital Account Manager in all planning by sourcing relevant information when asked
Assist Account Manager / Investment Manager / Digital Account Manager in divisional portfolio management across client - internally
Attend all internal briefings
Media implementation
Responsible for accurate buying / execution of campaign objectives and buying strategy
Ensure their final buys are completed and correct
Responsible that all booking confirmations have been checked within 2 days of booking
Responsible that all bookings are loaded in BCC correctly within 1 day of booking
Assist Investment Manager in filling out monthly Added Value reports by medium on a quarterly basis
Responsible for managing buys within set budgets
Deliver highly competitive rates across all media outside of master media deals (speak to Investment Director for benchmarks)
Building effective relationships with creative agency partners and media
Provide client with latest market intelligence relevant to their business on a regular basis - e.g. email client weekly of a top rating program that they have bought into, create hype and excitement around each campaign (work with Investment Manager so not doubling up)
Assist Investment Director with monthly reports including TV strike rates, Digital tracking, CPM/CPT tracking, Added Value, Savings and any other reports requested
Ensuring accurate and timely data entry of campaigns using correct rate cards, surveys, Pos
Run all tracking reports and take Investment Manager / Digital Account Manager through findings
Work with Investment Manager to understand how to continually optimise campaigns to deliver on set goals and KPIs
Run all weekly tracking reports across all active media channels
Monitor campaigns to make sure they are delivering against planned objectives and discuss with team next steps
Make sure that that TV post is matched correctly, spots flagged correctly
Assist in negotiation of make goods, compensation and shortfalls across all media channels
Apply learnings from previous campaigns in all relevant reports
Assist Investment Manager in running monthly competitive reports - figures only (give to AM 5 working days’ prior due date)
Assist Investment Director in annual competitive reviews
Responsible for reporting accuracy, and timely delivery of reporting
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Competent in investment process and tools and buying fundamentals
1-2 years in industry
Demonstrate a solid understanding of audience trends across all media channels
Complete knowledge and understanding of client media contracts and implement all aspects correctly
This position requires a relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.
