Job Description: Overall control and management of real estate operations Establish and optimize the operational processes and procedures With the goal of improving sales performance，docking operations function with sales team, after-sales services, marketing and other correlating functions Design and implement KPl and supervise team performance, Optimize internal team management and improve team efficiency Assist to expend the business, drive the progress of each project Coordinate the connection between the real estate sales company and other business lines within the group, promote cross-business sales performance Perform timely reporting to the senior management Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in operation manager role or a similar role; Excellent communication skills and strong people management skills; Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese; Australian PR or citizen.
