Our Client is a well known bank looking for Business Analysts to assist with an ongoing project. Responsibilities include; Liasing with Clients, Relationship Managers and internal Stakeholders your tasks will involve; • Working through large volumes of emails and owning issues until resolved • Responding to Client queries • Updating spreadsheets with client data • Working with internal Stakeholders to assist with positive Customer outcomes • Checking of Client data to ensure integrity, managing high volumes of data and directing to many different teams Skills/experience required; • Good verbal/written communication skills essential (English as a first language) • Strong Excel skills – able to sort, filter and cut data in different ways • Impeccable attention to details • Highly organised, managing large volumes of data
