Full Time Permanent role - Global, well known market leader Hybrid working arrangements, 2 day in CBD or Moorebank office Be part of a culture that values their employees with a load of benefits We are currently looking for a Business Solutions Consultant to join a welcoming and supportive team in the CBD office. This full time permanent role has a hybrid work arrangement with 3/4 days from home. Articulate customer solutions that meet the needs of global clients while being part of a well known market leader. About the role Supporting the sales effort with technical, product and business expertise. Articulating customer solutions that meet the client needs and demonstrate value. Developing proposal and RFx response content in conjunction with Sales and consultation with Delivery. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle Ensuring that costs, effort and duration provided with proposals and SOW are realistic. Requirements Knowledge of Business Process Outsourcing market, solutions and technologies. Developing and maintaining Solutions product documentation. Ability to undertake current state analysis and develop future state models Ability to deliver tailored presentations according to the needs and varying levels of technical understanding. Must be Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen currently. Full time Permanent role with hybrid work arrangement - 3/4 days from home
