Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

What are the selection criteria? • Has overseas or local qualifications, skills, and/or experience in IT/Digital/Tech • Confident levels of written and spoken English • Passionate, with a genuine interest in technology • Positive attitude and desire to work • Able to commit to all stages of the training program • Up-to-date with COVID-19 vaccinations and can provide police clearance and ID Our program includes Industry specific training and a paid 24-week digital cadetship with our large employer partners. You will also receive wrap-around support and job coaching from our team at Community Corporate. What are the availability requirements? Candidates must be able to participate in: • 3-day pre-employment and preparation program with Community Corporate • Meet and Greet session with the employer • 4-6 weeks of industry specific training (combination of self-paced, online and face-to-face) • Participants will receive a 24-week paid work placement in related roles to assess skills on the job to inform ongoing employment offers
