Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Job description, but not limited to General administration duties including handling email and telephone enquiries, filling and data entry etc. Processing and analyzing student applications and suitability Fostering a service-centric mindset within the team Providing frontline student support and dealing with any concerns or problems that may arise Working closely with admissions and academic teams to ensure efficient and timely student admin and stakeholder objectives Demonstrating awareness of diverse cultural and social backgrounds while having a sensitive and supportive approach Developing further knowledge about the administration of the student lifecycle About YOU Skills and experience require: · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal High level administration and organisational skills including working independently Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise competing tasks for completion on time Demonstrated effective and high level customer relations skills Experience in working as part of a team Strong IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint · Ability to learn and adapt to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment · Mandarin Chinese language skills are highly regarded Experience working in Education Student Services field is highly preferred Experience working with student management systems and/or complex databases is preferable
