Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following: • Maintenance background • Relevant mechanical trade qualifications • Ability to study drawings and specifications to determine suitable material, method and sequence of operations, and machine settings • Skilled in fitting fabricated metal parts into products and assembling metal parts and subassemblies to produce machines and equipment • Ability to check fabricated and assembled metal parts for accuracy, clearance and fit using precision measuring instruments • Ability to form metal stock and castings to fine tolerances using machining tools to press, cut, grind, plane, bore and drill metal • Diagnosing skill to find faults and performing operational maintenance of machines, and overhauling and repairing mechanical parts and fluid power equipment • A commitment to workplace safety • Previous experience working on compressed air or industrial equipment will be viewed as desirable however is not essential, so please apply if you do not have Compressor experience. • Good computer literacy and administration skills. • Restricted Electrical License is preferred but not essential.
