Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

DUTIES Review and perform monthly billing checks on all automated billing files generated by the AR billing system. Accurate and timely processing of the monthly, quarterly and annual billing. Prepare and distribute ad hoc client invoices, statements and reports as required. Complete the monthly COGS offset between intercompany accounts. Work collaboratively with the Sales / Account Management, Project and Product teams and ensure clients are billed accurately. Resolve customer queries and issues and respond to customer billing queries. Manage and maintain the AR debt collection system. Analyse customer invoices and payment terms and track assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts. Manage and maintain monthly credit card and direct debit schedules and processes in line with agreed payment terms. Reviewing & processing credit notes as required. Prepare quarterly Sales commission for the Sales / Account Management team. Prepare and collate data for interim and final finance audits. Annualised CPI increases for all applicable clients in line with their agreement. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Excellent people skills (this is a people-orientated role!) Strong written and communication skills. Able to interpret a large variety of contracts. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. High-level attention to detail.
