Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Expectations: • Preferably (not necessarily) an Australian citizen/permanent resident• Has worked for at least 3 years as a cook/chef in restaurants offering a wide range of modern Australian cuisine • Has a high standard of food presentation and takes pride in his/her culinary skills • Has supervisory skills to manage the team of kitchen staff • Has a passion for producing quality food to meet customer demand • Experience in controlling food costs and portions • Be available for work on most days, including weekends • Be able to communicate with suppliers to place orders for food supplies • Fanatical about a tidy and clean hygienic kitchen and ensures food safety requirements are maintained • Has a happy personality that is maintained under pressure • Be a team player and has long-term intention to work with us
