About The Position Hours per fortnight: 76 Status: Full time, ongoing Applications are sought for a suitably qualified Human Resources Professional to work in the People and Culture Team at Echuca Regional Health. With a strong customer service focus, the company will provide a welcoming first point of contact for managers, staff, job-seekers and other stakeholders seeking support with HR matters including employee relations, recruitment, workplace injury management, industrial relations and performance management. Our team requires someone who has: Qualifications in Human Resources (or similiar) Proven experience as a human resources coordinator or OH&S coordinator High-level awareness of HR functions Strong customer service and communication skills This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check and requires evidence of vaccination status for COVID-19.
