Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

The role: • Dealing with end user clients directly • Managing first tier support queries that have either been escalated or sent directly from the client • Performing systems reviews and assessments • Diagnosing system problems and providing technical guidance on how to resolve IT issues • Help resolve functional, process-based queries • Working quickly and efficiently to resolve issues • Provide excellent customer service About you: • 3 years proven experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk or Product Support role • Experience in a busy help desk environment • Excellent communication skills • Problem solving and Analytical skills • Technical experience - In depth experience supporting different operating systems • A passion for quality customer service & team player!
