About the role In the role of Project Manager will be responsible for; Take complete ownership of projects Manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages, with 1-week to 1-month installation times depending on size of the project Managing complex installations Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting. Compile and present cost reports Managing subcontractors effectively Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Handling any cost and quality constraints/issues Managing clients and subcontractor relationships throughout the entire project life cycle Providing transparency and awareness to clients and the business. Who we're looking for Previous Construction Project Management, Project Engineering, Estimating or Contract Administration experience. You will be highly autonomous, managing multiple projects simultaneously at different stages. You will have 3+ years industry experience, preferably with a tier 1 builder or building products supplier, with tenure consistent with seeing -projects through from start to completion. You will be a highly motivated individual, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, driven to deliver and exceed commercial outcomes. A technical aptitude, supported by a Bachelor of Engineering will be held in high regard.
