Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Responsibilities: In this role you will be responsible for: • Assess client IT needs and makes recommendations, including IT equipment and service packages • Consult with IT developers and management on product offerings • Visit regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities • Assess customers' needs and explaining the goods and services which meet their needs • Prepare and deliver sales pitches and product demonstrations • Negotiate sales and service renewal contracts, as well as discounts and warranties • Arrange delivery of goods, installation of equipment and the provision of services • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased, arrange modifications and resolve any problems arising • Quote and negotiate on prices and credit terms and complete contracts and record orders • Track progress toward goals and documents sales performance • Ensure competitiveness by analyzing and researching industry trends Candidate You will need to possess the following skills and personal attributes: • 3 years’ experience working in a similar role within the IT industry • Excellent time management and organisational skills • Strong communication skills • Confident working to KPIs and sales targets • Experience providing solutions, based on customer needs and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. • Demonstrated ability to drive new business • In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, as well as industry trends and innovation
