Currently the Club is seeking a Finance officer . Excellent remuneration for the right candidate. 4 weeks annual leave and uniforms provided. The Finance Officer will primarily support the Finance Manager. This includes having a key role in financial reporting, daily reconciliations, customer service skills. To be successful in this position you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be enthusiastic and motivated to be a part of a team that encourages a positive work-life balance. Key responsibilities to be considered for the Finance Officer role will require: Maintaining and updating accounts in our financial system End to end processing of accounts payable and receivable Month end financial accounting including processing of journals, general ledger reconciliations Daily cash and EFT reconciliation Ensuring data reporting is accurate and timely Ability to work well in a team Highly motivated with good time management skills Willingness to be flexible and support the team in other duties when required Proficient in Microsoft office programs - Word, Excel and outlook Strong attention to detail
