Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

About the role We have a variety of roles available depending on skill levels, including the positions of Supervisor, Leading Hand, Farm Hand and Horticulture Worker. All positions will be full-time working a minimum of 38 hours per week. Responsibilities: • Preparing vines for harvest • Picking table grapes • Picking asparagus • General farm maintenance • Leaf plucking • Planting • Bunch work • Pruning • Working in a packing shed • Spraying • Irrigation • Tractor operations • Forklift operations • Team supervision You must: • Be ready and available to work throughout the entire period • Be physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical • Be willing and able to work weekends and overtime as required • Show initiative and a strong motivation to work • Be able to follow instructions in relation to job tasks and hygiene • Be willing to work outdoors
