An opportunity for an experienced Drafts Person and Sales Representative to join a close-knit team in Rowville. Attractive base salary and car allowance, work life balance, room to grow and a team that cares. Join a leader in the metal fabricating of gates , fences , balustrades as well as providing commercial solutions for many of Melbourne's best builders and construction companies. The sales team is expanding with the business experiencing enormous growth. We are looking for a highly motivated Estimator/Draftsperson/Sales Rep to join the team. Ideally the successful applicant will have extensive experience in the metal fencing industry although construction experience may be sufficient depending on the person. Reporting to the Managing Director as a part of a dynamic sales team, you will: Liaise and build strong relationships with commercial clients and suppliers Bring in and manage profitable sales Preparing, estimating and managing the delivery of technical building drawings in a timely manner Assist with construction scheduling, planning and project management Create and maintain accurate Bill of Materials Creating and organising purchase orders Conduct site measures, prepare estimations and quotes Ensure pricing accuracy CAD Design drafting About you: Experience in fabrication drawings from client specifications AutoCad experience Strong communication and time management skills Ability to build strong relationships Previous experience in metal Fabrication or Engineering trade background is a major asset Must have Building or Construction experience Site measurement experience a must
