Full job description Who Will I Be Working for? Our Client is a world leader in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning) equipment & systems, services & solutions. They have an exciting opportunity to join their organization on a fixed term 6-month contract as a Trainee in their Spare Parts Centre. In this role you will be providing admin support as well as warehouse support to assist the operations of the business. What's in it for me? Ensure parts/equipment under inventory are properly organised, accurately labelled and stored in accordance to designated location. Handle and monitor day-to-day operations of warehouse, including inventory stock accuracy. Work in conjunction with local teams in logistic arrangement, import/export documentation and clearance for incoming/outgoing shipment. Conduct loading & unloading of parts/equipment Conduct physical inspection of incoming parts/equipment for any defects/damage and report as required Ensure inventory/logistic documentations are filed and/or kept in well-organised manner for ease of reference. Ensure accurate and prompt system update and physical inspection for goods in / out. What Do I Need to Have/Be to Be Successful? Qualifications or experience in administration/data entry Forklift License Be self-motivated with focus on taking ownership of your tasks Effective communication skills - both written and verbal Good interpersonal skills including the ability to clarify and resolve customer's issues Highly developed customer focus with a high attention to detail
