Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Responsibility: To work under Retail Manager, manage store operation, staff management, deal with customers and retail associates in accordance with Company’s Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards. Manage shifts during store operations Ensure adequate Training done to, and maintain retail standards, policies and procedures Manage daily cash procedures and operations Ensure cleanliness in store, assist customers with their needs and requests Manage, evaluate, create, and maintain visual displays in a professional manner; also train retail staff in merchandising and displays Manage inventory and follow up on supplies Take part in monthly inventories in main store at Alice Springs NT Maintains cleanliness and safety standards throughout the retail shops Performs duties as assigned Education & Experience: Minimum one year supervisory experience in a customer service and/or retail environment preferably in Dominos Previous cash handling experience and taking phone orders desired Previous experience working with point of sale (POS) system required Certificate IV in Hospitality/Management required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Good customer service skills; attention to details; strictly follow Company’s Service Standards Good verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate with staff and prepare written reports Efficient time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several staff simultaneously and plan ahead Skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environment Skills to work independently and as a team member Willingness to aggressively sell assigned items and bundle deals Base Annual Salary on offer 52K - 55K plus Superannuation and Entitlements. 3-4 Years Employment Contract on offer
