Your Role and Responsibilities :
We are currently recruiting for Project Manager – SAP Application Development and Maintenance for a 24 months fixed term contract, based in Perth.
The Role is Responsible for leading a project team in delivering a solution to the client using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project scope, project agreement or contract. They have
managing the overall delivery of an application services portfolio involving SAP, NON-SAP & legacy applications, as well as cloud & on-premise applications and ensuring services are delivered with quality in accordance to the commitment as per the contract.
leading a large (25 ) project team (including geographically distributed teams) in delivering a solution to the client using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project scope, project agreement or contract.
managing client relationship and satisfaction through leading the formulation, development, implementation, and delivery of technical and business solution
applying financial controls & forecasting techniques to manage overall financial performance of the projects
driving innovation and improvement to improve customer satisfaction, and efficiency. Leading initiatives like agile transformation, DevOps, Automation etc. within the account
contributing to overall performance of the account as a member of the lead team and providing oversight, guidance, and supporting other members of the delivery team, managing the overall finances, staffing needs, audit & compliance, and other activities in the account
To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills –
Minimum 15 Years of Project Management & Leadership experience including multivendor environment, distributed team & offshore teams.
Minimum 10 Years of project management experience in managing SAP Implementation, Upgrade and Transformation projects.
Must have solid understanding of SAP and experience delivering services including SAP On-Premise and Cloud solutions. Should have ability to engage with both business and technical teams at strategic and transactional level to drive system improvements, maintenance needs, end of life etc.
Strong experience in SAP ACTIVATE/or any other SAP Delivery Methods and Agile (Scrum/SAFe)
Excellent understanding of SAP Technical environments, technology and solutions – such as ERP, SRM, BW, BOBJ and underlying ABAP/Java and BASIS to work seamlessly with the Functional, Technical teams and the business.
Relevant experience in leading SAP HANA Implementation projects, SAP Mobility, and Solution Manager capabilities.
You must have strong financial management skills and ability to manage finances for multimillion dollar engagements
You must have excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at executive levels.
You must have strong Energy & Utilities experience preferably with professional certifications/accreditation.
Excellent understanding of ITIL process areas, ability to manage and contribute to resolutions major incidents, facilitate complex problem resolution, planning and supporting business continuity and disaster recovery.
