About the role As a Senior Business Analyst you are working with our clients and will provide the critical balance of business acumen and data insight to ask and answer questions, drive business direction and measure business results. You will help convert business questions into actionable insights; you will know how the business works. You will also have the confidence and skills to push back and question the status quo. Responsibilities Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams Detail oriented with excellent communication skills Fluent in English and comfortable facilitating workshops and meetings Work independently and with clients and colleagues to create and evaluate new feature ideas and business opportunities through business analysis Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans As a member of an agile team, provide general support and assist with the definition and release of minimum viable software Define new business processes necessary to implement as a result of business requirements Document elaborated requirements in the form of user stories Have a strong understanding of Agile functional testing techniques in order to provide support for testers Act as liaison between business and technical teams to resolve issues that may arise To be successful you'll need the following 4 years or more experience in a business analyst role Experience with Workflow or Robotic Process Automation products is a bonus, but this is not essential Some experience with Jira, Teams or other collaboration tools Eagerness to learn tools & processes currently implemented Proactive attitude with a willingness to bring solutions to the table Polite presence when presenting new ideas or alternatives
