An exciting opportunity has arisen for fresh Grad Fashion Designers to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Seasonal forecasting and identifying trends Developing mood and range boards Trend/colour/fabrication research appropriate for brand aesthetic Develop on-brand collections in collaboration with the Design and Production manager and designer. Draw up all initial CAD designs, produce design pages, and assist in communicating all finishing and construction methods. Communicate with factories for all new development styles, fabrications, and trims Weekly tracking of new developments in critical path Requirements Tertiary qualifications in fashion design Advanced skills in Illustrator and Photoshop Skills in Microsoft, specifically Excel Proven experience in developing high quality CAD’s In depth knowledge of fashion trends and trend forecasting A solid understanding of textiles, garment and accessory construction and applications
