Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to achieve the company's business goal. Study the demand for new trend in the industry of construction and real estate based on data analysis and statistics. Identify new marketing opportunities and channels for the company’s services and business activities. Manage, maintain, and promote the company’s brand reputation through branding and marketing initiatives. Be responsible for written and visual content for various social media that will attract and engage existing and potential customers. Coordination of social media and online contents across various platforms. Manage professional and attractive video production for online distribution of the company’s products and services Propose practical and creative ideas and methods to build up and develop company-customer relationships. Initiate and organize marketing campaigns to support the company’s brand strategy and business objectives. Requirements To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following experience: At least 5-8 years proven working experience in marketing At least a bachelor’s degree Experienced with integrated marketing campaigns Excellent time management and proven track record of working to deadlines Creative thinking – for visuals, content, and broader business solutions Flexible working on modified schedule and / or alternative hours to meet project deadline requirements Preferred Additional Requirements Experience in construction and real estate markets is preferable Fluency in both written and oral Cantonese and Mandarin is preferable Proficient PC skills of MS office and Chinese word processing is preferable Comfortable with numbers is an advantage
