Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Responsibilities： • Researching the cost of items such as materials, transport, labour and equipment. • Establishing and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors. • Getting quotes from suppliers and contractors within a specified time frame. • Assessing the risk levels associated with a project. • Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be done. • Assisting with bids for new contracts and supporting the activities of buyers. • Monitoring the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated costs. • Materials resource planning and ordering. • On-site measure and take-off. • On-site slab & substrate analysis for moisture, floor level, floor preparation etc. • Assisting with costs of variations and extra works on live projects. We have a consistent pipeline of work and an exciting variety of projects. Requirements • Must have at least at least three years' relevant work experience • Relevant AQF Certificate III or equivalent is desirable. • Must be able to communicate effectively with builders, suppliers and contractors. • Must have a current drivers' licence. • Must have excellent excel skills.
