Job requirements

Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Responsibilities： • Review drawings and blueprints to determine which materials and installation approach to use. • Use power tools to cut and prepare timber and assemble wood to form structures as required • Create building frameworks, floors and roofs or skirting boards • Fit doors and window frames • Install fixtures and hardware such as door handles, locks, insulating material or underlay • Selecting appropriate materials and timbers required for job • Repair existing work and renovations • Forming up timber for concrete • Erecting walls and ceilings • Installing Facia / installing exterior wall cladding Requirements: • Strong communication skills • Good eye for detail • Own tools • Ability to work safely and lead other team members/trades • Genuine passion to work in the building industry • Current white card • Hard working • Professional • Punctual • Neat and tidy
