Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Responsibilities： Manage and coordinate building related projects; Ensure all projects comply with relevant WHS requirements, building codes, regulations and legislation; Report on project progress and viability, including reporting and review of cost estimates; Prepare and administer council applications, building contracts; Liaise with councils for approval process, including compliance for services; Organise suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors and maintenance to ensure successful completion of projects. Ongoing support and training Long term opportunity Immediate start Requirements Highly driven with excellent organisational skills Problem solver Carpentry qualifications or similar Experience in project management and planning principles Excellent communication and negotiation skills Background in building or construction industry desired, but not preferred
