Job requirements

Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Responsibility：: Providing education and care for children aged 0-5 years Supporting and supervising the daily routines while ensuring the health and safety of children Developing strong relationships with children at the service and that support and partner with families Implementing and always upholding the policies and associated procedures and practices of the organisation including predominant theories from early childhood such as Attachment theory and the theory of Social Constructivism. Maintaining and upholding Workplace Health and Safety and uphold privacy and confidentiality at all times Providing experiences to support children’s play and learning and preparing materials and equipment to support children’s learning and development Working with other staff towards continuous improvement in all areas of the service’s operations and service and providing ongoing support and assistance to other staff in all areas of service operation Requirements: Support the implementation of the Centre's Philosophy Be involved in supporting a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care Attend staff meetings and training sessions Be involved in after hour’s programs when required Have completed a minimum Diploma of Children’s Service (Early Childhood Education and Care) or other equivalent qualification
