Dandenong Steel Construction Company is looking for a Site Manager/assistant
Main responsibilities:
1. cooperate with the design department for the positioning of components, measurement and nodes and other details confirmation;;
2. lead the team for the site installation of steel structures;
3. to manage all aspects of the installation of the project to ensure that the safety, schedule, cost and quality of the project meet the requirements.
Job Requirements (Site Manager):
1. steel structure site installation experience (more than 1 year);
2. Architectural/engineering degree or experience, familiar with all kinds of drawings.
3. basic English, able to communicate with builder, owner and other related personnel.
4. need to have own car, no public transportation near the company.
Job requirements (site assistant):
1. able to bear hardships and accept overtime work;
2. architectural/engineering degree or experience, familiar with all kinds of drawings.
3. have a basic understanding of English and be able to communicate with builder, owner and other related personnel.
4. Self-driving car is required, no public transportation near the company.
Preferably with one of the following skills:
Experience in on-site installation of building structures;
Knowledge of architectural construction drawings;
Understanding of construction building process, relevant codes
