Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Responsibilities Ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner Clear communication between customers and colleagues Maintain tools, materials and equipment Comply with SA Water OH&S practices Required to be on a on-call roster, out of hours work as per business needs Required to be able to work in a team as well as own their own Requirements: Certificate 3 in Water Operations, or willingness to complete Class C Drivers license Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Strong customer service skills Numeracy and literacy skills required to undertake the role and ability to use a number of electronic systems and applications
