As a Solution Developer you will be primarily responsible for the ongoing enhancement and support of the Global Express (GE) TED solution.
That will involve designing, developing, and maintaining the TED software to enable Group IT – Global Express (GE) achieve its objectives and goals.
A strong focus of the role is placed on analysis and estimation of future changes as well as designing innovative solutions to enhance the capabilities, stability and maintainability of the TED solution and its integration with other GE applications.
In addition, some of your other responsibilities will be:
* Experience in Android application software development based on the Precom platform and digital environment
* Experience with Android Studio, Java/Kotlin, Rx-Kotlin, Coroutines SQLite DB, Visual Studio, C#, SOAP/REST API development, SQL Server
* Demonstrated successful experience in engaging with key business stakeholders to ensure business requirements are being met
* Deploying mobility applications, CI/CD and automation experience preferred
* Experience using automation tools for configuration management
Ideally you are qualified with:
Bachelor’s in IT, computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline
