Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa

Accept remote work: Accept during COVID-19 restrictions only

The Position: Process new employees, on going maintenance and leave Process all salary, bonuses and any other adhoc process Process all timesheets and changes each fortnight/week Responsible for the accurate reconciliation of Payroll Run to timesheets received and reports provided to Operations Our Benefits: Competitive salary packaging Access to staff discounts with wide range of companies Ongoing learning and development opportunities Internal opportunities within our global organisation Positive company culture Minimum Criteria: Experience undertaking the full payroll cycle from new employee setup, timesheets and termination to everything in-between such as pay queries. Knowledge of Payroll /HR (using CHRIS21 is nice to have but not essential) Kronos experience desirable Customer Service focus Process, task and completion orientated Sound written and verbal communication skills Time Management Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks Problem solving and analytical skills COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate outlining Full vaccination is required. As a service provider, ISS must comply with all public health directives and client requirements. Medical exemptions will apply.
