Experienced in researching and implementing processes as per client requirements
Preparing documentation based on the client requirements
Involved in troubleshooting applications and issue fixing
Involved in designing software applications to bring about cost-effectiveness
Lead and participate in problem solving and work towards agreed solution
SKILLS:
Experienced in end-to-end implementations of projects using IAM tools like CA SiteMinder, Ping Federation, PingAccess, Azure, Okta .
Experienced in systems like Jira, Hybernate, Jira, ServiceNow, SAML, OAUTH, SSO, Apache, IHS, IIS, Web logic, Web Sphere
Well experienced in migration of applications into OKTA with SSO
Experienced in troubleshooting applications and resolving migration issues
Experienced ticketing systems like BMC Remedy and creating tokens using OKTA
Well versed in Operating Systems like UNIX, LINUX 10/11, Windows Server 2008
Experienced in Active Directory Federation Services
