Full description for Sales and Marketing Manager: Location: Sydney Reports to C.E.O. Department of Sales To fulfil the role of Sales and Marketing Manager, job responsibilities include: Act in the role of sales manager and to manage: Developing and implementing tailored sales strategies. Establishing goals. How to improve sales and its performance in the market. Actively canvas new opportunities for the business. Achieving the quarterly and annual sales targets. Growing the retail market share. Management of key client accounts. Attract new business opportunities for the Retail. Strong administrative skills and ability to work weekends and evenings is essential Staff: 5 staff reports Qualifications & experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role/level Bachelor Degree Certificate.
