The company is seeking an enthusiastic, analytical, and adaptable Product Marketing Specialist to join our APAC regional marketing team in Sydney. The ideal candidate for this role will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan (including communications, White Papers, events, webinars, etc.) for our Renewable product lines. They will work closely with both our regional and corporate teams, including the Global Product Marketing team, joining meetings and aligning with framework and best practices; product development and commercial teams to understand and align strategies.
Tasks
Overall responsible to develop and execute our product marketing plans and campaigns for our renewable products and to adjust those plans by evaluating success scores
Understand our target markets and support activity with the right content messaging, channel usage and affiliated actions, to nurture incoming leads further to qualified sales leads
Understand the energy market and how different changes can be incorporated into your current marketing activities
Create and support the development of product collaterals, sales kits, web content, product promotions, and social media messaging
Create and implement product launch campaigns, and work with both product experts and regional commercial managers on the effective use of marketing assets
Support competitor landscape screening
Identify and support events (internal and external) associated with your product and region’s needs
Experience, Skills & Personal Qualities
2 - 5 years of relevant work experience (product marketing, lead generation, sales enablement, positioning and messaging, audience marketing)
Proven track record with product/solution launches
Experience and knowledge of the energy industry is preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, or communication
Strategic thinker with analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (all material in English)
Knowledge of marketing automation software, graphic design software and/or basic programming is beneficial
Video editing capabilities
Creative Suite experience (moderate) preferred
Proactive and creative
Team player comfortable with managing multiple stakeholders with strong opinions
Strong multi-tasker with the ability to remain focused
Self-motivated achiever comfortable communication with all seniority levels
Willing to collaborate across time zones (EMEA, AMERICAS, APAC)
