The role
Extensive (5 years) experience working with business tax concepts relevant to sole traders, partnerships, trusts and companies
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work autonomously to achieve results
Ability to use your initiative, make judgement calls when necessary to ensure work gets done
Ability to communicate effectively and honestly
Ability to work at speed without getting to caught up with minor details
Willingness to work on any tasks requested with enthusiastic attitude
Openness to change within the industry and organisation as a whole to remain leaders in innovation
Ability to follow instruction seek clarification when necessary
Ability to work as a team by supporting others and accepting support from others
