Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa

Accept remote work: Accept during COVID-19 restrictions only

You will be responsible for supporting the Project Team in areas of cost management, daily and weekly project analysis, quality assurance, weekly reporting and assistance with operations as required by the Project Team. Key responsibilities include: Assisting the Project Team in planning and management of project deliverables to ensure all project requirements are met Assist with procurement of materials in adherence to the quality and schedule Perform regular site inspections and write up progress reports Implementation of the Project Quality Assurance plan and ongoing maintenance of the plan Site inspections and arrange testing/inspection of the works to meet the QA requirements Collection of all QA documentation to ensure approved of the project by Client and Authority representatives Compiling, implementing and reviewing the project specific HSEQ documentation on site; Ensure Suppliers and Subcontractors meet the project’s HSEQ standards and requirements on site Essential criteria: Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering Have a minimum of 2 years experience involving civil construction projects - Experience in subdivision and/or road construction is highly desirable Possess strong communication and time management skills and work well within a team environment while being self motivated Be willing to work in remote locations on a roster when required Hold a National Construction Induction course (NT White card or equivalent) Competent in Microsoft O365 applications
