The role: As part of the Settlements team, you will handle 55-60 calls per day to provide a smooth experience during the settlement of a home loan. You will be supporting brokers, solicitors, mobile lenders and customers during the process of a settlement, and you will be a vital link to the connection with all clients. This role will find you learning all about home loans, settlements, releases and discharges of mortgages and expanding your knowledge into finance and other departments within the business. About you: You have experience in retail, hospitality or a similar industry, you have a huge interest in finance or banking and you are ready to take on a new challenge.
