We work with a range of producers to procure the best produce Australia has to offer. As well as our very own garden where we grow, pickle, ferment, smoke and preserve everything that we choose to grow. We have an entire orchard of fruit trees and a meticulously planned vegetable garden. This means you will be working with the most interesting and unique ingredients.
Offering a dynamic, always evolving menu, with all venues working in conjunction, there is a wealth of experience & technique to be gained.
Development is something we take very seriously; you can drive your own career! Your development can go as far as you want to push it! We welcome feedback on how we can improve the way we do things. So you can help us build a better kitchen environment. We prefer to upskill internally, which means our junior chefs become our sous and head chefs!
Certificate III in Commercial cookery and 2 years min exp preferred
