Mandatory Skills/ Experience
Desirable any core banking solution experience like FLEXCUBE / OBP / Finacle / Temenos, etc.
10 years of Software Delivery experience with minimum 4-5 years of techno-functional analysis experience.
Should have performed Gap Analysis, Business Requirements Analysis, Functional Solution Specifications & process models.
Candidates should have experience working in AGILE methodology. Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint
Self-motivated and a team player with high energy levels and the desire to learn and progress within the company.
Good Communication skills and stakeholder management capability.
Roles / Responsibilities
Candidate would be responsible for Techno-functional Analysis, Gap Analysis of banking requirements.
Candidate would work with the Project Delivery and Implementation team.
Candidate would assist the Testing team in various stages of Implementation testing including System Integration Testing, Functional Testing etc.
Candidate should possess very good documentation and presentation skills.
Candidate should be able to work in AGILE methodology.
Candidate shall work on multiple complex initiatives and devises project definitions to solve complex business problems considering business processes and/or systems capability to achieve desired results.
Candidate shall identify, define and develop solutions to business problems, resolves technical queries and assists in the production support.
