Educational requirements: Bachelor

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Requirements • End-to-end Accounts Receivable function • Cargowise1 experience is a must • Ideally speak Mandarin & Cantonese • Ability to work as part of a team, autonomously, & guide the team when required. • Advanced skills in Excel skills • High standard of attention to detail, accuracy, & precision • Strong time management, ability to prioritise & meet timelines under pressure • Strong financial numeracy, literacy, & organisational skills • Experience working in a fast paced, deadline focused, high volume role • Ability to combine strong analytical skills & problem-solving skills with business knowledge • Versatility to build strong rapport & communicate with key stakeholders across various levels of the business • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields • Ideally CPA qualified or studying • Continuous process improvement skills • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written • Friendly natured with the ability to get results
