About the Role We now have an opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join us. As a global manufacturer of products that guide vessels safely into ports and harbors around the world. Our team is dedicated to servicing the marine industry through the efficient design of solutions that withstand the toughest environments. You would be involved with, but not limited to: Introducing new products into the manufacturing environment. Optimising manufacturing processes. Liaising with and ensuring strong communication and collaboration between Engineering and Operations. CI / Lean implementation / standardisation initiatives. Review new product releases from engineering, develop and implement manufacturing methods in consultation with the production and quality teams. About You As an integral part of the team, you'll have/be: A Tertiary Engineering qualification in a relevant technical discipline. Proven industry experience (5 years) as a manufacturing engineer, or equivalent, in a relevant or similar manufacturing industry. Capable of efficiently integrating existing methods with new innovations to economically solve production problems in a timely manner. Experienced in new product implementation. Ability to work with production data to effectively analyse production performance and identify improvement opportunities. Ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders. A professional with a passion for quality and a commitment to continuous improvement with CI leadership qualities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Why Join Us?
