They are heavily invested in their staff and strongly promote internal development and culture amongst all of their teams. The Role: Working alongside a collaborative team, the role would be part of a busy Drafting division. The successful candidate would work across a variety of projects. Reporting into the Drafting Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to; Using AutoCAD & ArchiCAD - Producing and managing the preparation of high quality & accurate architectural drawings for residential housing from pre-contract to final checks Checking contract drawings, construction drawings and engineering for accuracy and buildability Working on a high volume of homes Collaborate with the design team to update existing designs as well as develop new product designs Complete documentation in accordance with company standards and regulations Consult and coordinate with Team Leaders and Drafters to manage workload and provide suggested improvements To be successful you will need: First and foremost a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a growing team Minimum 12 months drafting experience in residential construction. Highly proficient in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD Basic knowledge of council requirements Ability to work as part of a team A strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
