ACCOUNTANT (FULL TIME)
Annual Salary $65K-75K plus Super

The company requires a qualified accountant to manage its accounting matters.
Duties and responsibilities:
Preparing budgets, forecast and financial statements & reports for management.
Analysing, investigating, and reporting on variances between actual and budge/forecast performance of the business
Preparing month-end, quarterly and year-end financial reports for management and statutory bodies.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare BAS, Financial documents, and other meet statutory obligations
Manage and process payroll
Conducting financial investigations, preparing reports, undertaking audits, and advising on matters financial matters.
Managing cashflow including examining operating costs, income & expenditure for an up-to-date view of company finances in real time.
Maintaining internal controls through improved record keeping practices for accurate financial reporting, and providing assurance to management on the accuracy of information in financial reports and compliance with statutory requirements
Maintaining the company’s computer-based accounting system and organising upgrades where necessary.

The applicant must have.
Minimum Bachelor qualification in accounting
Minimum three years of Work experience in a similar role
Sound discipline & accounting knowledge
Sound knowledge of accounting softwares MYOB and Excel
