We require an experienced and motivated person to join our Digital Client services as a Digital Program Account Manager.
Your key responsibilities are:
Possess a solid understanding of the digital project build life-cycle: Scope, Plan, Build, Test, Deploy, Implement and Production.
Participate in client meetings, continuously communicate with clients and manage their expectations.
Help clients refine their product road-maps, prioritise and track progress.
Manage scope, cost estimates and client expectations to deliver programs on time and within budget constraints.
Get the best out of our SQL Database and Web Development teams by communicating priorities, objectives and regular follow ups to meet client expectations around deadlines.
Continuously look for ways to improve our existing program management/delivery operations.
Ability to use our prescribed program management templates, develop User Acceptance Test plans to test solutions.
Your key skills are:
A good understanding of SQL knowledge; SQL queries. (advantage).
Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL relational databases. (advantage).
Ability to develop process work flows.
Flowcharting skills using Microsoft Visio. (good to have).
Experience in the Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
The person we are looking for:
Should have a great interest in providing Digital Solutions and User Experience.
Should have a degree in Business / IT, or comparable experience.
Eighteen months previous experience as an account/program manager or digital marketing co-ordinator, managing digital programs through to completion (advantage).
Great team player with a can do attitude.
Be a self-starter who requires little supervision to complete projects within deadlines.
Have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills – written and verbal.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
Excellent phone manner and great customer service skills.
Be the internal owner of the solutions.
