We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team.
As the Marketing Specialist you will work within the ROEMIN Software & Digital Marketing team. You will contribute to the digital marketing campaigns for ROEMIN as well as ROEMIN clients. You will also have the opportunity to obtain new learnings through internal training and works conducted with experienced ROEMIN personnel.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Managing social media accounts and marketing for ROEMIN & ROEMIN customers
Creating and managing EDMs and CRMs for ROEMIN & ROEMIN customers
Managing SEO & SEM campaigns from start to finish for ROEMIN & ROEMIN customers
Continually improve the project process and optimise delivery via means of new technologies and work methods
Liaise with clients directly regarding Digital Marketing requirements.
Monitor and manage the delivery of project KPIs for ROI, CPL and CPA
Develop and distribute Digital Marketing reports for ROEMIN Management Team & Clients
Develop weekly project reports for clients and ROEMIN Directors
Support the ROEMIN team with content development and basic web projects
Assist to manage project timing and meet deadlines

Willing to self-learn and develop skills quickly
Understanding of developing, planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
Well-versed in all main social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & linkedIn
Experience with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools is preferred
Minimum requirements:
Appropriate qualifications such as a Bachelor Degree or higher qualification
Exceptional English communication skills – both written and verbal
Minimum 2 years work experience
Proven Marketing experience
Drivers licence
