Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers for follow ups. Booking deliveries General administration tasks including data entry and basic reporting. Acquiring amazing customer service. Utilising systems to create and update customer records ensuring accuracy and high-quality data capture. Proactively maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of all products and services to ensure a superior experience for the consumers. To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities: Proven Customer Service experience; Proven experience in problem solving. The ability to build customer relationships quickly The ability learn and use new systems. The ability to think ahead. Excellent listening skills along with a friendly personality, team player and a genuine desire to help people.
