We are currently looking for an experienced, action orientated NDIS Support Coordinator to join our amazing team of superstars in an exciting period of rapid growth & expansion for our company! Our office is located in St Agnes (Adelaide) however we support participants across the Adelaide metropolitan areas & Adelaide Hills region with the exception of Southern Adelaide.
The ideal candidate is a passionate individual that is able to hit the ground running, work pragmatically and provide person centred, tailored supports to our participants. Whilst experience is of NDIS practices, standards & guidelines is essential to be successful at this role, we look for people and encourage applicants to apply based on values, emotional intelligence & lived experience that will also make you exceptional at this role.

Essentials for this role are:
Able to work collaboratively with participants, their families & support networks
Sound understanding of NDIS practices, guidelines & processes
Able to demonstrate non-judgemental support in a holistic approach
Explain and be able to maintain clear boundaries with participants & their supports
Able to network, build linkages to external to mainstream supports
NDIS worker clearance (or willingness to get one)
Working with Children Clearance
Drivers licence & own reliable vehicle (there will be travel to participants)
Able to navigate internal systems once shown (computer literate)
Excellent Communication skills both written & verbal
Prior experience as a Support Coordinator or similar case management type role
Able to achieve KPI’s and work well as a team
Able to multitask effectively
Min of 2 checkable references

Working collaboratively with participants, their families & support networks
Budgeting NDIS supports in line with participant’s plan
Guidance & Support on how to maximize NDIS plan’s
Assisting with Change of Circumstance for Participants
Ensuring participants have correct information & funding to support their disability
Support participants & families with plan reviews & collation of evidence
Orchestrating relevant assessments & reports
Assisting with accommodation & housing supports
Booking & scheduling supports with providers inline with NDIS budget
Assistance & support accessing other avenues of funding
Thinking outside the box making participants NDIS plans work for them
