This SA owned and operated professional services company is growing rapidly and an opening now exists for a Payroll System Implementations Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Located on the very fringe of the CBD, this 'new generation' of tech-smart business advisors are changing the face of Accounting and Finance. Your new role You'll be responsible for the timely and effective delivery of Payroll System Implementations as well as payroll processing for a range of businesses including the provision of training and system support services; Conduct HeroPay implementations following our implementation procedures and standards Contact clients and collate information regarding their requirements via our implementation's templates Conduct application configuration and customise to the clients' needs Review data migration, set up and functionality through testing Roll out systems and provide client with training Identify non compliance issues and provide clients with corrective solutions Provide technical support and report enhancements to the systems Throughout implementation further identify gaps in the clients' processes and systems and make recommendations to improve [be aware of what is in and out of scope and communicate this clearly to the client] Implement enhancements across the payrolls and HR when they are launched Train payroll officers in any enhancements Review utilisation of systems and implement further automation and functionality that can be used Keep clients up to date with systems and what is available to improve their business What you'll need to succeed Strong payroll knowledge [2 years experience] Strong knowledge of modern awards and the NES Experience with Employment Hero [HeroPay/KeyPay] will be highly regarded Strong knowledge of Payroll, Modern Awards and the NES Exceptional customer service and communication skills Excellent organisational skills to be able to work with multiple clients from different industries Tech savvy and high attention to detail What you'll get in return Attractive salary package CBD fringe location Progressive and growth focussed team Exposure across a wide variety of industries
