Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensuring an ultimate level of customer service at all times Ability to demonstrate massage chairs to customers. Ability to think ahead. Utilise systems to create and update customer records ensuring accuracy and high-quality data capture. Proactively maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products and services to ensure a superior experience for the consumers. Maintaining our customer follow up process Liaising with Head Office to ensure a smooth customer journey Attendance and shows and events an option. Must be available to work over a 7 day roster. To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities: Professional demeanour and presentation Can Do attitude Proven Customer Service/Sales experience; Proven experience in problem solving. The ability to build customer relationships quickly Excellent listening skills along with a friendly personality, team player and a genuine desire to help people. Driven and passionate customer service professional who is dedicated to achieving their goals/KPI’s and being rewarded for the hard work they do!
